Karekare in the Winter...
...is a beautiful thing to behold. The magic of our west coast beaches is never lost on me. The dishevelled landscape, black sand and wild roar of the ocean bring a relaxed kiwi vibe I love to capture. Annemieke brought her parents, visiting from overseas, to this shoot and it was awesome. We roamed in the cool winds and let the kids play.
Tips from this shoot: Dress for the season. It was nippy out there and these guys looked so casual and cosy together! And psst, when your big girl has a 10th birthday, I reckon a photo shoot is an awesome way to celebrate.
